| Cancellation Policy | Before purchasing, please be sure to verify with the free edition (Personal) that the dump files you plan to use can be viewed correctly. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available after license issuance. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period. |
Subscription Terms
| Service start month charges | The license is valid for one year from the purchase date. No prorated billing is applied for the purchase month. |
| Cancellation procedure | Paid licenses renew automatically every year. If you do not wish to renew, log in to the customer portal and cancel (stop automatic renewal) from "Billing". After cancellation, you can keep using the license until its current expiration date. If you have any trouble with the procedure, please contact our support email before the expiration date. |
| Cancellation month charges | As this is an annual lump-sum payment, no monthly prorated refund is available for mid-term cancellations. You may continue using the service until the expiration date. |
| Cancellation after payment | Cancellations and refunds after payment completion are generally not accepted. However, if the license file has not been downloaded and within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support email for individual consideration. |
