Subscription Terms
| Service start month charges | The license is valid for one year from the purchase date. No prorated billing is applied for the purchase month. |
| Cancellation procedure | If you do not wish to renew, please contact our support email before the expiration date. There is no automatic renewal; you will need to repurchase at renewal time. |
| Cancellation month charges | As this is an annual lump-sum payment, no monthly prorated refund is available for mid-term cancellations. You may continue using the service until the expiration date. |
| Cancellation after payment | Cancellations and refunds after payment completion are generally not accepted. However, if the license file has not been downloaded and within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support email for individual consideration. |
